For crane operator

  Through SOM-PDA installed on a smartphone, crane operators can manage the entire flow of operations: issue proposals for any type of violation detected, manage vehicle removals and displacements, record vehicle damage.

      SOM-PDA allows to visualize on a map the location of the vehicles to be removed to facilitate the crane operator’s work.  

SOM-Grúa solution offers all the tools for the digitized management of crane operations and depot management: mobile application for SOM-PDA crane operators and web platform for validation and management of the SOM-DEN Web depot. Its complementarity with the OS Parking (regulated parking) and SOM-Pol solutions closes the circle of complaint management in the municipality and facilitates the exchange of information between departments.

SOM-Grúa allows 100% management of crane operations, from proposals for removal and their validation by the police to the entrances and exits of the depot, so it is particularly suitable for small operators, public companies with municipalized crane management.

SOM-PDA and SOM-Den Web, the applications already used for managing police work and regulated parking, make it possible to modernize tow truck management through digitization.

For agent in the room

   There are several possibilities to request vehicle recalls: from a police report or through a recall request created in SOM-DEN Web, a request is generated for the crane operator in SOM-PDA. In the case of a proposal from the crane operator or a parking report, the enforcement officer receives recall proposals to be validated on the platform. Once validated, they are automatically sent to the crane operator.  

     The agent has the traceability of all the operations carried out to monitor the activity. 

For car deposit

    From SOM-DEN Web, the person in charge of the warehouse manages all the entrances and exits of vehicles. Tickets are created automatically through the procedures of the crane operators, for departures the amount can be calculated, a payment letter issued, the data of the person who picks up the vehicle completed and a vehicle release letter issued.

•    At any time you can check the status of the deposit and the history of operations.

For supervisor

       From SOM-DEN Web the supervisor has a complete view of the operations. You can check the proposals pending validation, the history of operations, the activity of the crane operators and their geolocation, both in real time and historically.
